Who are Park Plaza?
Park Plaza is a 50,000 Square meter multi-purpose complex located in the commercial section of Swiefyeh, Amman and was built in 2009 as part of a joint venture between the Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) GAM and Al-Marafiq Investment for Construction and Operation, Ltd.
Park Plaza is managed by Al-Marafiq Investment for Construction and Operation, Ltd.
What is Park Plaza?
Park Plaza is located in the main commercial hub in Swiefyeh, and consists of eleven floors, of which six floors are dedicated to parking, three floors for offices, and two for retail. The ground and first floors of the Plaza are comprised of retail shops, while the floors from the second to the fifth are used as parking space for 750 vehicles. The sixth, seventh and eighth floors contain corporate offices with a number of layout options.
The street-level lobby is beautifully designed and richly adorned with granite wall tiling and flooring and offers easy and convenient access via comfortable elevators and escalators.
Park Plaza’s 11-story multi- tenant office building offers spectacular views of Amman along with quick and easy access to visitors entering Sweifyeh and is within walking distance of most retail shops as well as main roads.
How has Park Plaza collaborated with GAM?
The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) is continuously upgrading the infrastructure in Swiefyeh to ensure that its attraction as a commercial and active district remains solid by making the area more pedestrian friendly, improving the traffic flow, and making it more appealing to visitors.
Park Plaza continues to act in cooperation with GAM to provide public parking spaces in line with GAM’s efforts to continue to improve the infrastructure around Swiefyeh.
